At Tizzy Lish Nails, all products are handmade and created with care. Due to the custom nature of our products and for hygiene and safety reasons, all sales are final.

No Returns, Refunds, or Exchanges

We do not accept returns, exchanges, cancellations, or refunds on any products, including:

• Custom press-on nail sets

• Ready-to-ship press-on nail sets

• Nail accessories

• Nail supplies

• Sizing kits

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive an item that is damaged during transit or an incorrect item was sent, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include your order number along with clear photos of the issue.

Claims submitted after 48 hours may not be eligible for review.

Shipping Delays

Tizzy Lish Nails is not responsible for shipping delays, lost packages, or delivery issues caused by the shipping carrier. Once an order has been shipped, responsibility for delivery rests with the carrier.
